History:



The original alignment of NY 75 was located along present day NY 430 west of Mayville. In 1932, the designation was moved to the former NY 62 alignment and truncated to Hamburg by the end of the decade. It would be re-extended south to its current southern terminus in 1962 when the NY 18A designation was eliminated.
