Southern Terminus: PA Line at Corbettsville (Continues as PA SR 1033)
Northern Terminus: NY 7, Corbettsville
Length: 1.74 miles (2.80 km)
Orientation: North-South
Counties: Broome
Cities: None
Villages: None
Towns: Conklin
Name(s): Conklin Rd.
Recommendation:

Renumbering NY 7A as NY 171 (The current NY 171 alignment in Herkimer County would be decommissioned). This designation would serve as an extension of PA 171, which would also be extended from its current northern terminus at US 11 in nearby Great Bend, PA, and would continue north along the current NY 7 alignment to US 11 in Binghamton.
