The original alignment of NY 151 follows the current alignment with the exception of the 3rd Ave. section in Rensselaer. That section originally carried NY 381, then a realigned NY 43. With the truncation of NY 43 in the 1970's, NY 151 was extended west along the old NY 43/NY 381 alignment to its present western terminus. |
